| 1/2 cup vegetable oil |
| 4 squares unsweetened chocolate |
| 2 cups sugar |
| 4 large eggs |
| 2 teaspoons vanilla |
| 2 cups flour |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| 2 teaspoons baking powder |
| 1 cup powdered sugar |
Chocolate Krinkles Directions
- Melt chocolate in microwave or double-broiler.
- Mix oil, melted chocolate and sugar.
- Add 1 egg at a time. Mix until well combined.
- Add vanilla and mix in.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt and baking powder then add this mixture to the chocolate mix.
- Mix very well, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a baking sheet.
- Take the dough by teaspoons and roll in powdered sugar then place on cookie sheet.
- Bake 10-12 minutes.
