Chocolate Topping

Fudge Layer

  1. Melt butter and unsweetened chocolate in a large saucepan

  2. Blend sugar, vanilla, egg, graham cracker crumbs, coconut and nuts into the chocolate/butter mixture. Mix thoroughly.

  3. Press mixture into a 9x9 pan; then refrigerate

Creamy Layer

  1. Cream butter, milk, confection sugar and the other teaspoon of vanilla.

  2. Spread over the crumb mixture, then refrigerate.

Chocolate Topping

  1. Melt German chocolate and butter

  2. Spread evenly over mixture in 9x9 pan, then refrigerate

  3. Cut into squares before completely firm.
