CJ & Shaun made this for their parents 19th anniversary. CJ cooked while Shaun waited on their table. Shaun was a great waiter and a good cashier. At the end of a wonderful dinner we were presented with a bill that included gratuity.

1 1/2 pound boneless center-cut pork chops
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup italian-style bread crumbs
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Pan Seared Rosemary Pork Chops Directions

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs and rosemary. Spread mixture on a plate.
  3. Press both sides of chops into the bread crumbs to coat; set aside.
  4. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  5. Add chops to hot oil; cook 4-6 minutes per side or until cooked through (160 degrees).
