Bourbon Pulled Pork

Mix all spices together in a bowl

On a large baking sheet rub the spices all over the pork shoulder. Wrap the pork in plastic wrap and let it sit in the fridge for a few hours

Place the pork in a slow cooker, pour the liquid of your choice in, and cook on low for 8 hours. Or 75 minutes in a pressure cooker on high. Naturally release the steam for 20 minutes

Pull top layer of fat off pork and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes on 350 degrees

Mix the hot sauce and BBQ sauce together

Once the pork is done, shred and put it in a large bowl. Mix in the BBQ sauce and enjoy
