3 chicken breast, boneless, skinless
16ounces broccoli, frozen
3teaspoons garlic powder
2teaspoons onion powder
2large egg
20ounces cauliflower rice, frozen
1tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2tablespoons butter, unsalted
1cup Italian blend cheese, shredded
2cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes. Combine all ingredients except butter and 1 cup of mozzarella.

Put mixture into casserole dish. Melt butter and pour over top and sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella. Bake for 1 hour.
