Clam Chowder
Description
Great chowder thats easy to make.
Ingredients

Strain clam juice into large pot and add all veggies.

Add just enough water to cover veggies, then boil for 15-20 minutes.

In a separate pan, melt butter then add flour. Cook for a few minutes then add half-n-half; stir constantly until it boils.

Remove from heat, add cooked veggies, clams, spices then heat up until warm.
Note
If you can't find good clams you can use shrimp instead along with some clam-juice for that authentic flavor.
