Slow cooker french dip from rump roast. Outstanding!

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker add all main-ingredients and cook on low for 8 hours.
  2. Remove roast, cut into 1/2" thick slices then return to cooker for 1-2 more hours.
  3. Add steak-seasoning and cook for 10 more minutes.
  4. Turn off heat.
  5. Build sandwiches with meat slices and top with provolone cheese.
    I like to butter the rolls first for added crispness and it helps keep the bottom roll from getting soggy.
  6. Place sandwiches open-face on a cookie sheet and place under broiler in oven until toasted.
  7. Serve with side of juice from slow-cooker for dipping.
