Description
One of our regular meals. We love this recipe.
Ingredients

pound
ground beef
1/2
cup
onion
1 1/2
teaspoon
salt

cans
cream of celery soup, condensed
2
cubes
beef bouillon
3
cups
water
1
teaspoon
sugar
3
cups
V-8 juice
1/4
teaspoon
ground black pepper
1
zucchini
(sliced)
14
ounce
carrots
(peeled and diced)
14
ounce
potatoes
(peeled and diced)
1
bay leaf

cups
macaroni noodles
Instructions

In a fry pan, cook hamburger, onion and salt, then drain off fat.

Transfer to a large pot and add all remaining ingredients except zucchini and macaroni. Simmer until veggies are soft.

While soup is simmering, cook macaroni noodles per package instructions, then drain.

Add zucchini 10 minutes before serving. Be sure not to overcook.

Serve soup with a portion of noodles, top with parmesan cheese.
