Indonesian Shrimp and Rice

Prepare rice according to instructions, substituting chicken broth for water.

While the rice is cooking, mix the soy sauce, garlic powder, and most of the green onion together.

Marinate the shrimp in mixture for 10-15 minutes in the fridge.

Heat the peanut oil in a skillet and sauté the shrimp with marinade until shrimp is cooked.

Serve shrimp over cooked rice and garnish with remaining green onions.
