Description

Heidi's famous moist and delicious meatloaf.

Ingredients

1 ¹⁄₂ pounds ground beef

¹⁄₂ cup onion (diced)

2 large eggs

2 whole bay leaf

1 dash thyme, dried

6 ounce tomato sauce

1 cup saltine crackers (or bread crumbs)

¹⁄₂ teaspoon salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350
Combine and mix all ingredients and form it into a loaf
Place the bay leaves on top and bake for 1 hour
