• 1 tablespoon oregano, fresh (chopped)

• 2 whole jalapeno pepper (seeded and chopped)

• 2 cloves garlic (minced)

• 1 tablespoons lime juice

• 1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

• 1 teaspoon salt

• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, coarse
