Ingredients

¹⁄₂ cup heavy cream (chilled)

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (or cider vinegar)

2 tablespoons horseradish (grated horseradish or drained prepared white horseradish)

¹⁄₄ teaspoon salt

1 pinch red pepper, ground

Instructions

Beat the chilled heavy cream until stiff.
