An unexpected combination, a particular delight with prime rib but also good with cold cuts.
Ingredients

heavy cream
(chilled)

tablespoons
fresh lemon juice
(or cider vinegar)

tablespoons
horseradish
(grated horseradish or drained prepared white horseradish)

teaspoon
salt

pinch
red pepper, ground
Instructions

Beat the chilled heavy cream until stiff.

Gradually add (while beating constantly) lemon juice or cider vinegar, grated horseradish, salt & red pepper.

Chill for 30-60 minutes before serving.
