Ingredients
    Dressing
  • 5 shallots
  • 4 oz balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves (unpacked)
  • 3/4 ounce salt
  • 3/4 ounce ground black pepper
  • 1 oz sugar
  • 3 cups vegetable oil
    • Salad
  • baby mixed field greens
  • fontina cheese
  • candied pecans
  • Fuji apples
  • sun dried tomatoes
Instructions

    Put Dressing ingredients in a food processor and blend, adding oil slowly at the end.

    Toss Salad ingredients and top with dressing.
