Chili Lime Fish Tacos with Peach Salsa Directions

  1. CHILI LIME FISH:
1 - Defrost the fish by soaking it in the packaging in cold water for about 15 minutes.
2 - Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
3 - Whisk the butter, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt together.
4 - Place the fish in a small oven-safe dish, pour sauce over the top, and bake for 15 minutes.
5 - Remove fish from the oven, flake into small pieces, and toss with any sauce left in the pan. Bake for another 5 minutes so the sauce soaks into the fish.

    PEACH SALSA:
    Toss all ingredients together.

    TACOS:
Assemble, layer, load it up, squeeze more lime over the top, and enjoy.

Recipe notes

For a quick sauce, reserve 1-2 tablespoons of the chili lime sauce and mix with mayo or sour cream. Drizzle sauce over top of tacos.
