Marry Me Chicken Directions

    1. Generously season chicken breasts on both sides.
    2. Heat your skillet with oil on medium-high, once the oil is shimmering add your chicken breasts.
    3. Sear chicken breasts until lightly golden. Lower the temperature to medium and cover your pan to let the chicken fully cook.
    4. Once your chicken is fully cooked, take your chicken out of the pan and set aside- keep warm.
    5. Reduce heat of your skillet to medium-low and add your minced garlic. Cook until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes)
    6. Add chicken broth and stir, making sure to scrape up any garlic or chicken remnants that may be stuck to the pan.
    7. Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream, whisk to incorporate and add parmesan cheese- stir until melted.
    8. Add sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, and red pepper flakes to your cream sauce and stir to incorporate.
    9. Increase heat and bring sauce to a simmer, once simmering add your chicken breasts back to the skillet and coat in sauce
    10. Transfer chicken to plates and top with sauce*
