| 1/2 cup Chilled heavy cream |
| 3 TBLS fresh lemon juice or cider vinegar |
| 2 TBLS Grated horseradish or drained prepared white horseradish |
| 1/4 tsp Salt |
| 1 pinch ground red pepper |
Prime Rib Horseradish Cream Directions
- Beat the chilled heavy cream until stiff.
- Gradually add (while beating constantly) lemon juice or cider vinegar, grated horseradish, salt & red pepper.
- Chill for 30-60 minutes before serving.
