1. Mix all spices together in a bowl
2. On a large baking sheet rub the spices all over the pork shoulder. Wrap the pork in plastic wrap and let it sit in the fridge for a few hours
3. Place the pork in a slow cooker, pour the liquid of your choice in, and cook on low for 8 hours. Or 75 minutes in a pressure cooker on high. Naturally release the steam for 20 minutes
4. Pull top layer of fat off pork and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes on 350 degrees
5. Mix the hot sauce and BBQ sauce together
6. Once the pork is done, shred and put it in a large bowl. Mix in the BBQ sauce and enjoy
